The Executive Program is for senior leaders at late-stage startups and post-IPO companies who are ready to lead through self-awareness and stronger relationships, not just expertise. Most participants are Senior Directors, VPs, or C-level executives, but what matters most isn't your title—it's willingness to learn from honest feedback.

Participants are selected twice a year after a competitive application and interview process. Most participants are nominated by our network of industry leaders though it is also possible to apply directly and many successful applicants have found us that way.
Tuition is $15,000 and includes the 4-day retreat (accommodations, meals, and materials) plus all monthly learning group sessions.
Flexible payment options: Most participants have their company cover tuition, similar to executive coaching. We also offer quarterly payment plans and financial aid for exceptional candidates—we do our best not to turn anyone away due to financial need.
