Corporate Workshops

Integrate the frameworks and tools learned at LIT into your organization

The foundation of a successful team is built on strong interpersonal skills.

At LIT, we've trained hundreds of startup leaders and founders first-hand how to level up their own abilities so they can cultivate healthier, high-growth workplaces. Exclusively for LIT alumni and designed by Carole Robin, LIT's corporate workshops provide an effective way to support integrating the frameworks and tools learned at LIT into their organizations.

Through a combination of conceptual learning, activities, and Q & A, our Corporate Workshops build feedback-rich cultures and help:

Peers and direct reports share invaluable insights into what elevates or diminishes an individual's influence.

Employees understand the behaviors that foster or hinder collaboration, resource sharing, and team decision-making.

Create a dynamic environment where success is a collective achievement.

Team members gain tools and frameworks to support healthy work relationships and feedback exchanges.

The LIT workshops offered something valuable for everyone, with lasting effects. LIT's tools and approach provided accessible ways to share feedback without making it a heavy issue. Six months later, Xers are still actively referencing their learnings, which has resulted in more open conversations and much deeper connections across our entire organization.
